We are always studying, comparing and inspecting our condominiums. Monitoring of annual obligations, periodic surveys, comparisons of expenses and costs and presentation and analyzes of service providers are part of our work as well.

We have the entire support structure for the condominium’s routine, with human resources, financial and tax, legal, purchasing and supply and logistics department.
